Why I Created This Challenge


As a mom of four (with #5 on the way), I know what it’s like to stare at the ceiling at 2AM — drained, defeated, and dreading the day ahead. My husband had to work. I had to work. And the babies just… wouldn’t sleep.

So I did what every determined mama does — I researched everything, simplified what worked, and became disciplined with our routines. No cry-it-out. No crazy tricks. Just structure, support, and love.

The result?

All four of our daughters were sleeping 12 hours a night by 3–4 months old — and still napping into toddlerhood.
